Q) How long are the special room rates in effect?
A)The special room rates last 7 days before the event and 7 days after.

Q) Is there a pet cleaning fee?
A) Yes, it's 25.00 no matter how long you stay or how many dogs are in your room.

Q) Can I purchase tickets for the Sunday brunch only?
A) Yes, you can purchase tickets just for the Sunday Brunch.

Q) When can I reserve my room and what do I need in order to reserve it?
A) You can reserve your room with a major credit card today by calling the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Ann Arbor, MI @ 734-665-4444.

Q) What are the room rates & amenities?
A) All rooms have access to a pool and exercise room.  All rooms have a dormitory sized refrigerator and microwave.  A room with a king sized bed is $67.00 per night while a room with two double beds is $72.00 per night.

Q) What is the cost of registration and meals?
A) Adult Registration is $5.00 and Children 16 and under are FREE!
     The Friday Night Ice Cream Social is FREE to everyone registered
     The Saturday Lunch Buffet is $10.00 and the Social Dinner is $15.00.
     There is a Saturday Package Deal for $25.00 which includes 1 Adult Registration, Lunch and Dinner
     The Sunday Brunch Buffet is $20.00 with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Dr. Couto's health            and wellness program at OSU
     We have an "all inclusive" Weekend Package Deal for $40.00 which includes 1 Adult Registration,            Saturday Lunch and Dinner Buffets, and the Sunday Brunch,

Q) Are the buffets "all you can eat"?
A) Yes ... ALL of the buffets will be "All You Can Eat"!!
