If Rudy’s good looks don’t wow you enough his intelligence will. This guy is smart. He mastered the stairs on his own the second day we had him. He knows all of his commands and loves to practice them. He crates with no problem at all with a peanut butter kong. He heels to the left on a walk, unless he’s squirrel hunting then all bets are off. Treeing squirrels is one of his favorite past times. He would be best in a house without small dogs or cats as he looks at them the same way he does a squirrel or a rabbit. We read in his profile that he resource guards around the other greys so he may be best for a single dog family. He really doesn’t have any interest in saying hello to other dogs on a walk, but seems to do ok when they do meet. He loves his toys especially squeaky balls. He would love a fenced yard to burn off some of his energy. He’d be perfect for someone who wants to be active with their dog. He needs daily exercise and his intellect challenged or he may challenge your own sanity a little. He’s a dream to have around. He’s perfectly behaved inside and after a long day loves to snuggle.
