Nelson is a happy go lucky sleek black male with a white patch on his chest, and a touch of white on the tips of both his left front toes and his right rear toes. He is a bit smaller in size than a typical male greyhound; but keeps up with our own male grey just fine, even politely challenging him on occasion for the rights of a certain dog bed in the house! The two of them have actually become the best of friends. He also fares well with our female grey; and all three of them enjoy running around and playing in the yard. I’ve caught Nelson on several occasions standing like a pony with his front right leg lifted & bent at the knee, looking ever so graceful as he studies the squirrels. He is curious about everything, and follows us around the house as He loves to be with his humans. He walks well on lead, has very good house manners, no accidents in the house thus far, he knows stairs and crates well. He accepts the kitties with no problems! He is fine with his foster mom giving him lots of kisses on the nose, and his tail wags continuously! . He is a terrific boy who is quite easy to fall in love with! Nelson was adopted on 04/08/2008 by Gery Brown.
