Miss Gent

 Rainbow Bridge /

I can’t begin to tell you how much the loss of Miss Gent has affected us here in MI, this girl is part of almost every N’s dog that comes here to find their forever homes, her spirit and heart will live on in her prodginy and I know that I’ve seen those soulful eyes on several sofas right here. The letter below is from Sandie, Danny and Donna Axe, Miss Gent’s family who raised her and cared for her from the day she was born until the day she passed over the bridge.

“We can’t begin to say how much all the kind words meant to us on our loss of Miss Gent. Thank you, it makes us realize that we share our love for these dogs with some great people, and when something like this happens we know you share our sorrow too.

Many of you that have adopted an N’s dog have Gent in the pedigree. She was extremely good to us. We joke that our small kennel “was the house that Gent built” It is because of her that we have been so fortunate on the racing side. But we as a family were blessed to have her in our life. She was the best pet. We have alot of happy memories of our 11 years with her. Unfortunately, this is the part of having animals as companions that we don’t like. But, we wouldn’t trade the memories for anything.

She will always live on in our hearts…..as well as throughout the kennel. As her presence is all over. She is resting in the hill in the back over looking the runs, keeping an eye on things.

Thanks again for all your kind words they really mean alot.

In greyt friendship,

Sandie, Donna & Danny Axe”
