Maddie was a gregarious, playful and beautiful little girl who was taken from us much too soon. She will be greatly missed by her foster family, and by all the GEM’s who came in contact with her. Sadly, Maddie was going on a home visit to meet her potential family when she escaped the vehicle, and was struck and killed instantly by a passing car.
