Sly is a perfect gentleman who loves people, other dogs, and cats. He’s quite content to be a “middle of the pack” dog, and enjoys being around his people without being in your face all the time. Sly has a playful attitude and is a bit of a clown. He loves to play with his stuffed animals and to collect them in his crate or on his dog bed. Sly sleeps well throughout the night, crates perfectly when we’re not home, and eats his food without any complaints. He is not aggressive towards cats, and is in fact a little fearful of them (so he will need a little patience in getting used to your cat). He enjoys going for walks, and is well-behaved on leash. Sly has had some exposure to small children, and it appears he would be good with them if they are kind and respectful to him. Sly graduated from the prison obedience program, so he already knows many commands and likes to show off his skills for treats. This guy will make a perfect addition to your home, and will give you much love and great companionship!
Update: Sly was adopted by Paula Brown on 11/05/2008.
