Dos came to GEM, along with his littermate Trey, on July 17, 2010, which just so happened to be his 4th birthday. What a birthday present … the chance to find his forever home. Dos is a happy, sweet and gentle lovebug at home though can be a bit nervous in new situations out of the house; with his personality this most likely would improve with time and good experiences. He’s also very food motivated as well as eager to please so would excel at obedience training. He gets along fabulously with the other greyhounds and whippet in his foster home. Dos loves to run occasional laps in the yard but still has the typical quiet greyhound activity level and enjoys snoozing quietly just as much. Dos seems to love children. He crates quietly every day while his foster family is at work. He’s housebroken and cat workable.

UPDATE: Dos was selected to participate in the prison training program. Dos graduated from the prison training program 01/06/10 and is now looking for a forever home. Dos was adopted on 02/17/2011 by the Newman Family.
