Terry is a recent graduate of The Greyhound Inmate Experience and he is quick to offer the things he knows. He is still fresh with his commands and is anxious to please. He is a very social fellow that loves being with people and other big dogs. Not so much little dogs and especially not cats. He has a strong prey drive but is easily called off on critters that may pass by when he is being walked. Squirrels are very interesting but he accepts just being able to look at them with acute interest. Terry loves to run with his squeaky toys and plays well with others. He has a voracious appetite and is not picky about his food. He crates well and is always cheerful with a sweet disposition. He rides well in cars and would prefer his family stay home with him. He lived for a while with a family that had to work for a living and he did not do well. While being alone may come to him with time he needs to accept that no one is going to leave him forever. He will need some patience and understanding to work through this period. If you have time and availability with a schedule that will allow him to have someone with him, (opposite shifts?) he will make a delightful and loving companion.
